Logging in to YOUBanking For the First Time
When the system returns on Monday, August 24, you can log in from our website or from our updated mobile app using your current username and password. If you don’t know your password, you’ll be prompted to enter self-identifying information. You will then be prompted to create a new password for future logins.
The next step will be to set up our new enhanced security feature. This step is optional, but it is highly recommend to provide an extra layer of protection for your online banking account.
Mobile App Users
Make sure you are using the updated version of our app before you log in to YOUBanking for the first time. Some mobile devices will automatically update, but you can also choose to update the app manually to our latest version by visiting your applicable store (Apple or Google Play). The new KS StateBank mobile app will have a version number of 5.4.5 (or higher) at the bottom.
Shared Logins
If you share an online banking login with another individual you may need to enter their self-identifying information for the initial login. We do recommend you establish a separate login for yourself to avoid any confusion with password resets in the future.
QuickBooks and Plaid Users
The connection to QuickBooks and Plaid will be temporarily unavailable for 7-10 business days beginning when we convert to YOUBanking on Monday, August 24. All services will be re-established on or before September 1. In the mean time you will be able to download all of your files manually.
Business Users Make sure your authorized users know the last four digits of the business EIN when logging in.
