Debit Cards

More convenient and more secure than a checkbook, having a KS StateBank Debit Card can simplify your life.

  • Add access to your other deposit accounts by request; once added, accounts can be accessed from any ATM for withdrawals, transfers and balance inquiries

If you believe your Debit Card has been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at 800-588-6805, report it through your Online Banking account (under the options menu) or send us a Secure Message through Online Banking (Secure Messages are only checked during business hours).

*KS StateBank will not charge a fee; you may still incur a charge from the other financial institutions.

Mobile Banking

Stay connected to your money from just about anywhere with Mobile Banking.

With our Mobile Banking app, we’re in the palm of your hand (literally). Download the app and get almost all of the same functionality that you have with Online Banking from your smartphone or mobile device.

Mobile Banking FAQ

Mobile Deposit

Depositing checks is safe, fast and easy when using Mobile Deposit.

This service is conveniently located in your Mobile Banking app, and it’s free for all KS StateBank clients. After you’re enrolled, you’ll simply enter deposit details, snap a picture of the front and back of a properly endorsed check and submit it for deposit. When the deposit is accepted, you’ll receive a notification on your device. And that’s it! Your check will have been delivered to the Bank as safely and securely as if you’d taken it to a branch.

  • Must have an active Online Banking account
  • Only available through our Mobile Banking app
  • View 30 days’ history of all deposits made through Mobile Deposit
  • Checks must be endorsed by all payees and include "Mobile deposit at KS StateBank"

Mobile Banking FAQ (includes Mobile Deposit)


Stay in control of your debit card by quickly locking and unlocking it from our Mobile Banking app.

Reduce fraudulent transactions by easily locking your debit card from the KS StateBank Mobile Banking app until you are ready to use it, especially if you've misplaced your card.

  • Simply enroll in SecureSwipe from our app to get started.
  • Once your card is locked, it will be inactive. One‒time debit transactions will be declined, but recurring debit card transactions will be processed.*
  • Unlock your debit card from the Mobile Banking app when you’re ready to make a purchase.

*Locked cards will accept payments only if flagged by the merchant as recurring. In some cases, the first in a series of recurring payments may fail because it is seen as a one-time payment. The card will need to be unlocked to perform the transaction. Some local businesses may not currently send recurrence information with automated debits. SecureSwipe users are reminded to check their accounts frequently to ensure all bills are paid on time and, if not, to make different payment arrangements for those merchants. 

Text Banking

Need a balance? No problem! Just text us.

Text Banking is a free service that allows you to quickly request and receive account information via text message. Plus, if you use our Mobile Banking app, we can text you too.

  • Sign up and activate your accounts through the Mobile Banking app by clicking on Text Banking in the main menu; if you don’t have the Mobile Banking app, call Client Care at 800-588-6805 or stop by one of our branches and we can set you up
  • Check account balances on your checking and savings accounts and receive recent transaction history with Two-Way Text Banking:
    • Text BAL to 800-588-6805—for available balances on all accounts tied to your Online Banking
    • Text BAL with the last four of your account number or pseudo name to 800-588-6805 to receive your available balance for one specific account
    • Text HIST to 800-588-6805—for the last five transactions that have posted to your accounts
    • Text HIST with the last four of your account number or pseudo name to 800-588-6805 to receive transaction information for one specific account
    • Text STOP to 800-588-6805—to deactivate your alerts and remove enrollment in the service
    • Sign up for Text Alerts (available to Mobile Banking app users only) to get balance or transaction alerts

KS StateBank doesn't charge a fee for this service. Check with your mobile provider to see if any text messaging and web access charges may apply.

Telephone Banking

This free, automated telephone banking system is available around the clock at 785-587-4040 or 866-587-4040.

  • Get balance and transaction information
  • Transfer funds, place a stop payment and verify loan payments
  • Press 8* at anytime during your call to use the voice recognition feature
  • Available in English or Spanish

Text Concierge

Service at your fingertips. Text our Client Care team at 800-588-6805 with questions about your account.

Text Concierge offers another way for you to safely communicate with us. Whether you have questions about opening a new account, need to know the hours for your nearest branch, we're just a text away.

You can also text us straight from our Mobile Banking app. Just look for the Text Us Now button and our phone number populates on your text screen.

KS StateBank doesn't charge a fee for this service. Check with your mobile provider to see if any text messaging charges may apply.
